Before each change, it is better to check the settings of the sprayer and grounding. If the grounding points are covered with a thick layer of paint, electricity will not flow there, because any polymer has low electrical conductivity and isolates the current to one degree or another. They should be cleaned from time to time, because the paint is attracted precisely to the grounded surface. It is necessary to check the charge of bulk mass and adjust it to the optimum – the indicators will differ depending on the material and size of the product. Checking the air pressure is also important: when it is too strong, the dust will fly around and will not stay on the plane. Sometimes it helps to paint a problem corner from a different angle, rather than the whole subject.<\/p>\n
