Area

The dimensions of the working area depend on the size of the objects to be painted. If you need to hand paint a batch of metal candle holders, you don’t need a huge hall will be needed. The main thing is that there is enough space for all the necessary equipment and good air circulation. It is not recommended to store powder paint materials in the same room as the paint line, therefore, it is better to find a separate warehouse with low lighting and acceptable humidity.

Ventilation and protection of workers

Good ventilation is primarily for personnel safety. When spraying, the powder can scatter everywhere, so a high-quality hood and spraying chamber will not hurt. The latter will also help to save money, because it extracts and filters the paint, which can then be reused. Goggles, protective suits and respirators will also come in handy.

Humidity

When the humidity exceeds 70%, the loose mass begins to form lumps. Such a coloring material is no longer suitable for use, because it is impossible apply evenly. Cold or heat also affect dispersion — the optimal storage temperature is 18-25℃.

Necessary equipment

The key set of equipment will be the spraying unit, the spraying chamber and the polymerization furnace.
