Secondly, for qualitative application of this type of paint it is necessary to observe also specific conditions:

The heating mode in the polymerization furnace must always be identical. The faster the heating occurs, the smaller the coating structure becomes.
The corona electrode should have approximately the same voltage. The color of the coating depends on the orientation of the metal particles. And it depends on the voltage. The best voltage for such a powder is 20-25 kV.
The coating layer should be at least 80-100 microns. This will make the structure better visible.
