Application method

The powder is applied from a special spraying unit, where it receives a negative electrical charge. The surface has a positive electric charge, therefore dust particles seem to stick to it and stay for some time thanks to this electromagnetic connection. When the bulk mass is fused in the polymerization furnace, a strong polymer film is formed that is tough and flexible enough to withstand impact and damage. With proper preliminary preparation and painting, the coating will last for decades without any visible changes.
