Suitable powder paint for the bottom of the boat, walls and plastic elements.

Powder coating can serve up to 20 years.

Boat painting technology

In order to paint the boat with powder paint, it is necessary to either install special equipment for this in the production or turn to professional powder painters. The dimensions of the boat and its parts must be taken into account. Because they have to fit into the spraying booth and the polymerization furnace. These devices are designed for specific needs.

Initially, the boat is disassembled into details. They are peeled or sandblasted. Then there is a chemical treatment in special means. The surface is degreased, phosphated, washed and dried. This completely removes rust, dirt, fats and oils.

Careful preparation of the boat for painting – a guarantee of quality and uniformity of coverage. Therefore, this step is by no means overlooked.

After cleaning, the parts need to be painted. They are suspended in a spray chamber and sprayed powder on the surface. The parts are then sent to the polymerization furnace, where the coating is formed. After baking, they need to cool down. Ready painted parts are collected.

It is important to follow all stages of powder application to obtain a coating that is resistant to external damage.
