Colouring without fear and beyond reproach

The modern Ukrainian market of powder materials consists of 80% of imported products. “Lacover” factory began its work in Ukraine at the end of 2015. At the moment, many large enterprises of our country have already become customers of this plant and appreciated its products.

In January, we again met with the director of Lacover Ltd, Olga Kovalchuk, and asked her about the company’s news.

• Impact strength of the coating (ASTM D 2794: 1994);
• Resistance to corrosion (Mach test) (GOST 2233: 2001).

“Most manufacturers of powder materials do not conduct an independent examination of their products,” says the director of the plant, “Buyers can not be assured that it corresponds to norms, and there is an opportunity to make a claim to the manufacturer if the result of painting is unsatisfactory in all technologies.”

According to the expertise, the polymer coating Lacover meets all the requirements of the international QUALICOAT certificate and can be used as an architectural coating with a warranty period of not less than 10 years of operation when carrying out the rules for preparing the surface for painting, applying, operating and maintaining the coating.
